Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ADOPTED NOTE: JAX WOULD BE PERFECT FOR AN OLDER COUPLE THAT JUST WANTS A DOG TO KEEP THEM COMPANY INTHEIR HOME.Jax/Frank is still looking for his forever home. He will require a very special, loving, patient and understanding adopter. Please someone give this gorgeous brindle boy a chance. Here is what his foster mom said about him: "Jax is a very sweet loving boy and loves to play with other dogs once he gets used to them. He has been very mistrusting of humans and after two months of working with him he is starting to trust. He is still very skittish and even the smallest noise will spook him and you just have to talk him through it and let him know its okay and he's safe. He is not food aggressive at all and is completely housebroken. He will require a lot of patience and understanding as it takes time for him to trust and understand he is loved. I would anticipate whoever adopts him will have to work with him at lengths to gain their trust as well. He is very leery of meeting new people but once you talk with him he will warm up. He should most definitely be advertised as a project dog since it will take some time for him to adapt and adjust to his new family. He has done very well around my grandkids who are 8 and 2 years of age. I am still working with him trying to get him used to a harness He doesn't mind wearing a collar but if you put a leash on the collar or loop it around his neck he freaks out. He does like to sleep on the couch and on the blanket." Guys I know this is a lot to ask an adopter to take on, but we truly believe there is a person meant for every dog and a dog meant for every person. Someone out there is meant for this boy and we want him to find that special someone. We beg, plead and challenge everyone to share his story over and over again. Social media can be a bad place of drama and chaos but it can also be used for great things and can reach so many people. So let's use social media for good and find this boy the perfect home. There is someone out there for him, we just know it. Now to find that special amazing one of a kind adopter that jax was meant for. I.
