Facts about Gordon

  • Breed: Hound (Unknown Type)/Boxer Mix
  • Color: Brown/Chocolate
  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Gordon is a nice laidback senior hound/boxer mix who just needs a place to chill- a place with no drama going on with other dogs- just a quiet home. He's a sweetheart who has been waiting too long to find a home. He is crate trained, housetrained, and well-mannered. He is very much an indoor, "couch potato" type of dog who doesn't like to spend much time outside unless the weather is really nice. He walks well on leash and does fine in the car. If interested in meeting Gordon, please fill out an adoption application at our site @ wwwPeisandStrays.com. Gordon is neutered, current on core vaccines, microchipped, and housetrained. Please consider giving this this sweet boy a chance for a real home to spend his final years.

About Peis & Strays - VT

About Our Rescue Group...

Peis and Strays is a non-profit all-volunteer organization. It was established by a small group of individuals in the New England area with the intent of helping Chinese Shar Pei find loving homes.

Peis and Strays relies on donations, fund-raising activities and adoption fees for its income. We do not receive any state or federal funds. All donations directly benefit the dogs in our adoption program. We are a 501c3 organization, so your donations are tax deductible. We are always in need of donations and committed volunteers like ourselves. For more information about us, please email us at: info@peisandstrays.com

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do not have a shelter in any specific location, all of our dogs are cared for by foster families in their homes, across New England. Since the dogs are all cared for by private foster families, we ask that the adopter fill out an application before they meet a dog, to show that they are truly interested in adopting.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process includes an application (http://www.peisandstrays.com/adoptions.php), a home visit and the vet reference. Further information about our adoption policies are located at: http://www.peisandstrays.com/adoptinfo.php.
