Tipper knows how to rock a tuxedo! This handsome young cat is under a year old and has been able to spend his time in a loving foster home with other kitties and even a little grandchild. Tipper may be a little reserved at first but once he gets to know you, he’s going to be your buddy. Tipper is determined to catch the red light and enjoys being rewarded with treats. His secret indulgence is to lick a little baby food from his foster mom’s fingers. Sounds like fun to me.
