Chaplin's Story...
Chaplin is a 1-year old American Bulldog mix. His young POOCH trainer reports that "Chaplin is 56 lbs. of love and play! He has a very soft mouth when he takes treats, and is very gentle."

Chaplin likes to prance around and play fetch and loves to play tug. He would need a home that has no cats and no kids under the age of 12. Chaplin would need to be properly introduced to other dogs.

Want to meet this handsome guy? Please call the kennel at (503) 981-2570 to schedule a visit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chaplin, a Woodburn American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Woodburn, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Woodburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
