Papas's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Papas's Story...

I was left at the pound when my owner could no longer take care of me, but when I thought life was going to end at the pound, I was rescued by Forte Animal Rescue. I am a happy, affectionate, mellow, and confident boy who can be quite curious about new things around me. I do fine with other dogs, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE to be with all people! I do well on walks, but admit that I prefer to be held and kissed on. I am very well behaved and enjoy a quiet home environment, so I will bring you much happiness if you give me a chance to prove to you that I can be your special boy.

If you are interested in meeting Papas, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our weekend adoptions.

[Papas is about 3 years old and weighs 12.5 lbs.]

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Papas, a Marina del Rey Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
