Melanie is an adult female Great Pyrenees mix. She's a big couch potato that is good with kids and other dogs. Cats are unknown. Melanie was recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is the condition that occurs when not enough thyroid hormones are produced and is quite common in dogs. She will require daily thyroid medication indefinitely. She is the most loving and well balanced girl you will ever meet. We can't say enough good things about our big, loving girl as she is the definition of Gentle Giant.
