Elsa was returned to us and is once again available if you are interested in her there will be some requirements before her adoption will be finalized, I really don't want this poor girl going place to place. Elsa was surrendered by her owner. She was not socialized so she will need an experienced owner to help her work through her fears, though she is getting better everyday. No small dogs in the home. If you feel you are the person that can give this girl her forever home please contact me.
