Bella's Info...

Bella's Story...
Ladies and gentlemen, we are proud to introduce to you...Bella! This gorgeous girl loves to play ball, and is quite the athlete! She has a lot of energy (as do most puppies!), and would love to learn lots of things from you- especially in a doggy obedience class! Because of her size and energy level, we suggest that Bella's family have older children only. She needs a family who can give her the love she deserves, and who can spend lots of time helping her make a great transition into their home. Bella is waiting for you!

To meet Bella, please go to the County Animal Shelter on Gaines Street. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm. For more info, please call Katie at 619.788.7880.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a San Diego Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
