About Shana:
Shana is a beautiful young pup with a loving heart; she is friendly to humans, dogs and cats. She is mellow, intelligent, and sweet-tempered; she’s always smiling and loves to cuddle. She is an absolute sweetheart, anyone can pet her, even a stranger. She is very obedient, well behaved, with no chewing or barking issues. Having been through an abusive past, she never lost her trust in human; she still holds a positive attitude toward her future. Shana certainly deserves to have a wonderful home.
Shana’s rescue story:
Shana is very sweet and close people, so we’d assume that she used to have an owner but got abandoned . It’s hard to imagine what horrible plight this young pup had been through before we found her. When Shana was rescued from the street, she was in despair condition: not only she lost her paw on one of her hind leg, she also had severe burn marks on her back. In the meantime, she’s nursing six puppies. Shana being a loving mom, still tried her best to nurture her puppies. We decided to take Shana and her youngsters out of the hardship and settle them with foster care.
All her puppies were adopted out; now sweet Shana, with a limping leg, is waiting patiently for a forever home of her own. We made Shana a boot for her injured paw, so she can walk and run just like any normal dog. Please watch her videos for more touching moments of this loving mom and her puppies.
Shana is staying in a loving foster home since January 2016 till now. Her journey to happiness was rough and bumpy, but sweet Shana’s trust in humans has never changed. Will you open your heart and welcome Shana to join your family?
