My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bullwinkle! He's a super sweet 3 year old that was adopted as a puppy from a breeder. His owners were not allowed pets and after 3 yrs the landlord finally found out and made them get rid of their family dog. He lived with 3 young girls under 10 years and was gentle with them (but he has known them since he was a puppy). He is house trained and likes to chew on rope toys. Bully will need some help with his leash manners and is very strong. He is generally a quiet dog that only barks when some one is at the door. Bullwinkle can be very shy with new people and needs time to get comfortable. He lived with a Chihuahua and they were friends, but has not been with any other dogs or cats. Bully gets nervous in the car and drools. He's a really nice boy that needs and deserves to get back into a loving home.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
