Meet handsome Dingo! Dingo is a two year old Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix. He weighs about 16 pounds He was an owner surrender to the shelter. When one of our volunteers spotted this sweet boy, he knew that he needed to get this guy out of the shelter and into a home.
Dingo is a super friendly boy! He adores children and other dogs. He is great with dogs of all sizes (he lives with larger and smaller dogs in his foster home). He knows some basic commands like sit and lay down. He loves going for walks on a leash. Dingo also likes to "horse play", but he does this in a very gentle manner. Dingo is doing well with his house training, but he still needs a little work. He will do best with a consistent schedule and routine. Dingo is a smart boy and he learns very quickly. Dingo will need a person or family that is committed to working on this with him. Dingo is fine in his crate while is foster family is not home.
Dingo is a loving little dog. He will need a person or a family that will continue with his training so that he will continue to be the smart, friendly, and loving dog that he already is!
