My name is Tanner. I am an 8 year old cocker spaniel boy looking for a new home and someone to love me. My family loves me dearly and I have had a good 6 years with them. Before that, I belonged to the daughter's mother. When my owner passed away they took me into their home instead of turning me into a shelter. My family has 3 young children and I am not doing well with them, so I need to find a home with an adult family.
I am neutered and current on vet needs until January of 2018 as I was recently taken to the vet for a check up, shots and bloodwork. I am a healthy boy and doing well. I do not currently have any ear or vision problems. I am on Trifexis for heartworm and flea control. I am house trained and crate trained. I do not do well with children in a home environment, so my family recommends a home with adults only. I am dog social and I am good on a leash. I am good with cats and I have had basic obedience training. I have always tried to be a good boy, but I just don't do well with children.
