My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING ONLY:  Charlotte Cocker Rescue of NC is not to be held responsible for the health or temperament of this dog.  We have agreed to do this courtesy posting to help this family find a new forever home for their sweet cocker boy.  Contact person is: Allison Simpson send email to:  allison.simpson78@gmail.com  if you are interested.
***There is an adoption fee of $150 and vet references will be required and checked to make sure that this sweet cocker boy gets the home that he deserves.

My name is Tanner. I am an 8 year old cocker spaniel boy looking for a new home and someone to love me. My family loves me dearly and I have had a good 6 years with them. Before that, I belonged to the daughter's mother. When my owner passed away they took me into their home instead of turning me into a shelter. My family has 3 young children and I am not doing well with them, so I need to find a home with an adult family.

I am neutered and current on vet needs until January of 2018 as I was recently taken to the vet for a check up, shots and bloodwork. I am a healthy boy and doing well. I do not currently have any ear or vision problems. I am on Trifexis for heartworm and flea control. I am house trained and crate trained. I do not do well with children in a home environment, so my family recommends a home with adults only. I am dog social and I am good on a leash. I am good with cats and I have had basic obedience training. I have always tried to be a good boy, but I just don't do well with children.  If you are interested in adopting me, the contact information is shown below.  She will be happy to hear from you and will answer questions and discuss the details. I am a very loving dog and I will be a wonderful companion for you to adopt and love.

Allison Simpson:  Emails can be sent to: allison.simpson78@gmail.com

**There is an adoption fee of $150. vet references will be required and checked.
Tanner will go to a new home with his crate, a pad, his toys and a leash.
