Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Alice is a beautiful Cane Corso puppy, born in July 2016. She’s young, but already weighs at least 85 pounds – and she’ll easily grow to twice that. She is a mild-tempered dog, but has not been properly trained, so she needs a family where she will receive proper guidance, especially given her size.
Alice would be best in a home without small children because despite being a loving dog, she was not trained by her previous home and does not know her manners or her size - she may bump a small child over accidentally! Due to her size and age, Alice is also not recommended for cats unless properly supervised - due to her size, she does not know that she could hurt a small animal and therefore would need the proper training to be gentle. Alice is good with dogs, and has shown great potential for off-leash recall. She will be learning as many commands as she can within her foster home, but we are looking for a home with the time and patience to dedicate to a puppy. Large breed experience is a bonus!
Alice update: She is fully crate and house trained. Alice also has quickly adjusted to her foster parent's work schedule. This girl is VERY smart! She has mastered "sit" and is working on "wait" - patience is a virtue, this girl is still an excitable puppy. Lastly, her recall continues to get better everyday, and she is becoming a very polite lady on leash :) In less than a week, Alice has been able to stop her jumping habit! Yay Alice!
