Shelter staff told us that she is a sweet girl and loves to have little play dates with other dogs in the yard, but she also loves sitting in your lap for some love and attention. Tootsie is a calm girl who is good with other dogs. We do not recommend her for a home with young kids right now as she tried to nip when we picked her up. But she'd just had her spay surgery so we think she was just sensitive. It looks like she has had pups before.
