My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LIVVY is a sweet, pretty Beagle mix who is hunting for a forever home. She was found wandering the streets of Union City in NW TN and was picked up by Animal Control. Nobody claimed her, so she was rescued in order to save her life. She has been a foster in the home of her rescuer ever since. Her foster says that Livvy is everything wonderful and great that Beagles are known for. She loves dogs of all sizes and ages as well as any human who looks her way. Livvy is crate and house trained and knows basic commands. She is content with going out to take care of her business and coming right back in but she also enjoys having a longer play time outside, especially in nice weather. She absolutely loves dog toys of any kind and she would love to have her own family to share all of the love she has to give. Livvy will be two years old in April 2017 and she weighs 25 pounds. She has been vetted, vaccinated and spayed. She tested negative for heartworm. She will be microchipped prior to adoption. If you live in another state, don't let that stand in your way. We will work to transport Livvy if it means she will have a good forever home. If you are another rescue group, we will waive the adoption fee but you can make a donation toward vetting at your discretion. The adoption fee will help to cover at least part of the cost of the veterinary care this dog has received.
