Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Say hello to the adorable 2 year old, 35 pound Iris. Her owner was arrested on New Year's Eve and now poor Iris is stuck in animal control through no fault of her own. Her former owner did teach her about love and manners. She will sit, stay and lay down when told and she walks nicely on a leash. Iris will give you a kiss if you ask her to. Iris has been spayed, tested negative for heart worms and will be micro-chipped when adopted. You will find this darling girl in run 300 and her ID# is 591228. Hurry in to meet her, she will not let you down.
When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
