1/16/17:

💙🌟💙Meet Bear💙🌟💙

He is a 14 lb, 10 week old male Lab/Retriever mix who spent the first 9 weeks of his life in a culvert in the woods. His mama is homeless and very timid and had her pups in the culvert. We were able to get Bear out so that he could have the chance to have a home and family of his own.
You wouldn't know Bear didn't have human contact for the first 9 weeks. He is outgoing and playful and seems to be very healthy.

He enjoys playing with his new toys and enjoys playing with his foster sister, an 18 month old doberman. He is active and likes for humans to be around to throw his toys for him to fetch and he likes to walk around the property with them!

Bear is going to need a family that will appreciate his puppy antics and who will be actively involved in making him a part of the family, including spending a lot of time with him. He loves attention and is smart. Like any Lab/Retriever mix puppy, he will need direction and time spent with him.

He can go to his new home when all his vetting is done on February 25!!💙

Our adoption fee is $450 which covers:
All age appropriate vaccines (3 DHPP vax)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vax
Rabies vax if 12 weeks and older
utd on flea/tick prevention
utd on heartworm prevention
spay or neuter of pet
bi-weekly worming
heartworm test @ age 6 months or older
fostering costs
transport and health certificate

We do not adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
