Additional info:
Phoebe is a playful, loving outgoing girl; the minute she was out of the shelter she wanted to play with the other dogs. She is easy to walk and likes to play fetch. She seems to be a little fearful with dogs that are bigger than her, but she adores ones just her size. Phoebe is very high energy and needs an active owner.
