My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am petite, sweet and overall adorable. My name says it all, Lotus. I induce a dreamy forgetfulness which will make you any bad day go away. I am a little gal who just enjoys being held and sleeping real close. And I do mean close. I like to be under the blanket right up next to you. I will provide you with plenty of kisses so you know I appreciate the attention. And let me tell you about how loud I can purr. You will need ear plugs. Playtime is fun too. Watch your toes! They can be a target. No wiggling them allowed unless you want to experience my great hunting and attacking skills. I have fun with all my friends at my foster home. We stretch out in the sunshine and do what kittens like to do….sleep and play. I am full of cuteness and lovin’ which you will not want to let go.

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center) or at Petsmart in Smithfield.

We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application for Lotis.
