My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Egypt came to us with 5 babies and she is a small girl, barely 6 lbs....she doesn't mind being held and kissed but not for long periods of time. She's still shy and a little nervous. But that could be due to the number of cats that she lives with. She's a very nice young lady but not a lap cat, at least right now. Egypt is a quiet girl and will be a good companion in a forever home and with the right family. She would thrive, we are sure, in a stable home where she could be herself and not part of a large number of cats....
Egypt is completely vetted and that means, tested, spayed, shots everything....hard copy medical records accompany her on adoption day.....she lives with Lily and Alyssa so anyone who wished two can add one of these cats as they get along well together.
You may obtain an online application by logging on to CatAdoptionRI.org or by emailing catadoptionteam@aol.com. All of the cats and kittens are placed with the Rhode Island State mandated proof of spay or neuter. In order to take your new cat or kitten home with you, there must be an approved application prior to any placement. Application approval is usually within 24-48 hours. We, at CATS, are very proud of all of the cats and kittens that we help facilitate finding new forever homes, and work very hard to make sure they are happy, healthy and well socialized. All of the cats and kittens are fed only a high end cat food. We are at the Providence Petco, located at 585 N. Main Street, Providence, RI most Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm and you are welcome to come by and see all the cats and kittens that are looking for new 'Forever Homes'.
Hard copy medical records accompany each cat and kitten. Each cat or kitten is completely vetted prior to their placed. The policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be placed spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/leukemia, and have all age appropriate shots. There will not be any placement of any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions. This means that there is less out of pocket costs for people who adopt a cat or kitten from us and you will be in 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO!
