Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for a playful, loving, little sweetie-pie? My name is Lacey and I may be the one. While my Foster mom and dad aren't really sure what breed I am, they do tell me that I'm made of sugar and spice and everything nice. I may be a little shy when I first meet you, but once I get to know you, my real personality comes out. While I do love to play with my toys and chewing on my Nylabones, I also love snuggling with my Foster mom for just a little "me time". She just loves my super soft coat and loves to rub my stomach. I am approximately 19 pounds and about 2 years old. I get along very well with all the other dogs at my Foster home and love going outside for play time. I am crate-trained and have almost mastered the fine art of house training ( got it down to just an occasional accident- I'd say 98% house trained) I sleep all night long in my crate and do not get up until my Foster mom comes to get me for breakfast. I'm very thankful that they saved me from the shelter in the nick of time but I did test positive for heartworms. No worries.. my treatment is done ( just have to wait a little longer for any marathon runs) and I'm ready to find my forever home. Are you looking for a little lover with eyes that melt your heart? If so, that's me!! If you'd like to learn more about me, please send an email to info@habitat4paws.org.
