Kristoff's Info...

Kristoff's Story...
Kristoff (A3859491) is the runt of the litter with the biggest soulful eyes. His glistening black coat shines when he runs. Kristoff is 6 weeks old and full of puppy curiosity. Kristoff's mom came into the shelter as a pregnant stray (see second pic for Kristoff's mom).

Kristoff’s adoption fee is $100 which includes his neuter surgery. Please contact Kristoff's foster mom April at 602-501-6378 to schedule a meeting and reserve Kristoff, who will be ready for you to pick him up on February 1st.

We ask that you consider a microchip for $25 to protect Kristoff in case he gets lost. Kristoff has had 2 distemper parvo shots, but will require his adopters to continue providing him boosters every 2-3 weeks until his immunity builds up. He will also require a rabies shot at 3 months old and a county license. Pleae remember, puppies need training, time and attention to grow into the adult dog you want them to be. :-)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kristoff, a Phoenix Pug/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Pug/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pug/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
