I am a very happy, sweet, male, neutered, microchipped Parson Russell/Jack Russell Terrier looking for my retirement home and family. I am about 12 years old, semi blind and deaf and have a heart murmur. I am handsome and loving gentleman with a sweet ol' man personality. I am looking for a new family where I can be couch potato and have one or two walks in the am and pm each day.
I am all happy and very cute, small, very friendly, sweet, love to be petted and to snuggle, like my foster mom describes me. I have been rescued on day ZERO from Moreno Valley shelter before they euthanized me, because no one paid attention or was willing to adopt or rescue me, despite that one lady coming for me and made me walk out the front door of the shelter... Before it was too late!
My rescue mom says I am a sweet and handsome dog and to help me find my forever retirement home... You will not be disappointed!
I wish every dog could have a life and a mom who cares.... But foster mom says I am going to be blessed with a wonderful family of my own where I can live out my retirement years and will be loved and spoiled for the rest of my life... I can't wait... Are you my new family?
Although I am semi blind and deaf, I have no issues getting around. Rescue mom says I am still so sweet, happy and handsome with a beautiful personality. I am good with most dogs, adults and children (should be school aged) and would love to enjoy family life with you.

Requirements for Adoption:

The dogs are inside dogs and family members, the adopter has a secure fenced yard to exercise and play in. Children should be school-aged or older, no toddlers.
Adoption fee is $250 and includes: Neuter, Microchip, Rabies, Vaccinations, Deworming, Preventive treatment against fleas/ticks and internal parasites, Grooming.
If you are offering a loving home for ROCKY, please use contact info to inquire and receive an application to complete and return it with photos / video of your yard, perimeter on fencing and gates prior to schedule a meet and greet. Application receipt is not approval for adoption. All applications will be reviewed by the board of directors for approval.
