My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Sherby and I am an all black, 2 year old boy. I was rescued from a life on the streets. I definitely had had a home once because I am not a feral cat. At first, I was very scared and shy at my foster mom’s but, I have been with her now for a few weeks and I am slowly coming out of my shell. I like getting petted by her and I am playing (probably for the first time in my life) with one of her other foster cats, Oliver! In fact, I wouldn’t mind going to a new home with him because he is also available for adoption. I need a quiet home where my adoptive parent(s) will patiently encourage me to progress into being the loving cat that I am becoming. A home with another mellow cat would be okay as long as we are introduced properly. (OR, take me home with Oliver, who I LOVE to play with.) If you are looking to make a big difference in one cat’s life (OR two lives), please let that cat be me (and Oliver)!
