Ricardo has received rave reviews at the shelter since his arrival. He's a people pleasing 2 year old Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix. Ricardo is from another rescue. His owner had terminal cancer and could no longer care for him. Even though he loves people, Ricardo is not a lover of other dogs. We don't know if he likes cats either. He's such a nice guy you won't mind him being the only pet in your home. He lost his owner. Please give him back a loving home. You'll be glad you did.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
