Tut's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Tut's Story...
Tut is newly arrived from Egypt and has definitely had a rough life, and he has the scars to prove it. Despite this rough start this 2 year old boy is as sweet as can be with absolutely no signs of aggression and no protective behaviors with food or toys. He seems to be house trained and knows the sit command, but not much else. He is neutered and is up-to-date on his shots. He definitely needs the love, attention, and socialization that he can only receive from a foster or adopter.

We believe Tut is a very good example of what has now been recognized as a breed indigenous to Africa and particularly southern Africa. These dogs have been called African Hunting dogs for a long time. Very loyal and courageous, medium size to big (25 to 45 kg) tremendous stamina, very playful and intelligent. Good with kids and very social. In profile when sitting is very much like the dogs in Egyptian hieroglyphics.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tut, a Cream Ridge Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Cream Ridge, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Cream Ridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cream Ridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cream Ridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cream Ridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
