1/22/17 - My name is Billy Ray and I think I might be a Puggle!

Billy Ray is about two years old, weighs about 15 pounds and is a very loving sweet little boy. He is getting use to being in a home and loves to lay on couch and bark at the TV. He started his life half starved and tied to a fence with no shelter. He was lucky and found his way into a foster home. At this point in his life he is a little skittish. He is good with children but more confident with other dogs.

The adoption fee of $375 includes age-appropriate vaccines, initial de-worming, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, USDA interstate health certificate (for transport only) and transport fee.
