My story

China is a 5 and 1/2 year old that just arrived with the haul from Kansas. Her small dog and cat status is not yet known. China will be available soon.

Hello SA GREYS doggies! I promised to send you a letter from foster, so here goes.

I showed up at my foster home a couple days early, but they let me in anyway. The stories we heard about foster homes were TRUE!! There are toys, delicious foods, humans to take you for walkies and other doggies to play with you.

Foster mom says she can't believe how quickly I adjusted. I've learned to come when called and to leave a room when I'm told. I also learned what people mean when they say greyhounds are couch potatoes.

The moment my foster mommy left the living room, I hopped up on the sofa. The people were right...a couch is a magical pillow high off the ground. Once you sit down on its squishy, warm goodness, you lose all desire to move.

As you can see from my photos, I also went to the beach. Okay, that's a tiny fib. I played in the sand in the back yard. It was fun anyway. Maybe I'll convince my forever people to take me to dog beach.
