Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet me at Hollywood Feed in Olive Branch at Goodman Road at Pleasant Hill Saturday, March 25th from 11am to 2pm.
Rita had a little photo shoot and she knew I had a sandwich in my lap. She sure did want it but got some treats and loved those. Rita is a young girl at maybe 8 months old, weighs about 16-20 pounds, heartworm negative, current on all her vaccines and preventatives. She is spayed and has a microchip. She was hit by a car in Memphis and stayed at the Horn Lake Animal Emergency Hospital for 4 days. She's recovered very well and is doing good on her kennel training. She has such a graceful step and run. We think she may be part Whippet, rat terrier, fiest and whatever has her coloring which is a gorgeous chestnut color.
Her adoption fee is $120. If you are interested in giving her a loving home, please complete our adoption questionnaire: http://members.petfinder.com/~MS72/adoption_app.html
Her vet bill was $604 so we appreciate any donations to help out.
Save 1 Pet is a 501 (c) 3 approved charity committed to helping homeless animals. We don't have a facility (shelter) but work out of our homes to foster the animals until they find a forever home.
Please be advised that for all adoptions, we will conduct reference checks, including veterinary references. Our adoption fee for dogs includes spay/neuter, heart worm check, current vaccines, microchip, worming and heart worm/flea/tick prevention.
For dog adoptions, we do conduct fence verification.
When adopting an animal, you will be asked to complete our Adoption Contract
