Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NO CATS and NO BARNYARD LIVESTOCK FOR THIS COCKER GIRL. She will do best with children 10 and older. Needs socialization and house training help. Fenced yard preferred.
My name is Myla. I am a black n white parti cocker spaniel girl. I turned 3 in November of 2016. I came to rescue as an owner give up along with another cocker girl. My owner got me as a young puppy. My name is short for milagro (miracle) because I did fight for my life when she first got me and I survived. I lived outside in a barn with the other cocker girl, livestock and cats. WE DID NOT DO WELL LIVING WITH THE BARN ANIMALS OR THE CATS. I will not be placed into this type of living situation ever again as our owner wanted a better life for us. I have never lived inside a house. My family was sad to give us up but they wanted to do the right thing so that we will have a happier, more comfortable life.
I am heartworm negative and I am now spayed. I will need your help and patience with house training, leash training and socialization skills. I am good with children age 10 and older. I am lovable and a nice girl. I love to run and play and will do best with a securely fenced yard. I do not like cats and cannot be around any kind of livestock. Please give me a 2nd chance to find a loving home where I can learn to be a good indoor companion, your new best friend and sweet baby girl.
If you are interested in adopting this cocker girl, please send an email message to: larrydonnacarp@aol.com for an adoption application. Our adoption fee is $300, which includes all of the care and vetting needs for this dog while in rescue.
