Yorkshire Terrier; Female; 7 years; 5 pounds
Do you have an abundance of love and patience to offer this sweet, gentle girl? Are you able to love a dog with no expectations other than letting them be who they are? Do you have a dog at home that loves to play with other dogs? Then Lil’ B may be the dog for you!
Lil’ B is a sweet and gentle girl with a rough past. She lived in a puppy mill for her first 7 years and has now been given a new lease on life. It’s time for her to experience kindness, love, the soft grass and warm sun. Lil’ B must go to a home with another playful dog, have access to a yard and to a family that is home more often than not. She can go home with respectful children 12 years old and older. Lil’ B is available to meet Monday through Friday (except Tuesday) at Rancho Coastal Humane Society. If you would like more information about Lil' B and our adoption process, please call the shelter at (760) 753-6413.
Lil’ B is a puppy mill survivor and requires a patient, forever home to help her adjust to her wonderful new life. If you are interested in Lil’ B, please read the following article to understand the challenges an adopter of a dog from a puppy mill may face.
