My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoenix is an energetic and lovable boy. He loves people and would do best with an active household and someone who has experienced with working dog breeds. Phoenix is still learning how to cope in the shelter environment, and can show signs of stress when new people come to meet him. However, when he warms up to a person, he is such a sweetheart. He gets along fine with most female dogs, however he is selective about which male dogs he is okay with. Phoenix absolutely loves to chase a tennis ball and go on long walks, and will need these outlets to be his best self. Phoenix is looking for a family who can give him the proper training and exercise.

Most adoptable dogs will need some reintroduction into a home, potty training, basic manners and social skills. Please be prepared to provide the training and dedication needed to provide your new pet the time and training needed to become his/or best possible companion.
