Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Duke and I have quite the story to tell. CDR pulled me from a high kill shelter in Kentucky and just before the transport was leaving to come here, the shelter called CDR to tell them I was heart worm positive. Others might have left me behind and let happen what was going to happen but CDR saved me and found a wonderful foster home where I could recover in peace and quiet.
Now that I am ALL BETTER, it’s time for me to find a new home of MY very own! I can’t wait for my new furever family to come and get me! I’m a big boy who is sweet as can be but being young, I need to work on some of my manners. It’s so cool that CDR offers free training to help me be the best possible family member that I can
Come see me at the adoption events and I think you’ll find a great new friend!
XOXOXO-Duke
PS-I have been fostered with two cats and think they are my best friends!
