My adoption fee is only $35! MEOW! My name's Popeye; I am a 7 year old cat who is looking for a loving family to care for me. I get along well with other cats. I would be very thankful to find my forever home. I am super sweet and love to come up to anyone who will give me attention. I will fit in just about any home. I love lounging in the sun. Please come by and meet me. I may be missing an eye, but that does not affect my personality or my ability to love.
