Lilah Jean's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Lilah Jean's Story...
Lilah Jean is the sweetest. She is a 1 yr old terrier mix. She is great with other dogs her size, HATES big dogs, and is not always so nice to the cats. So a home with dogs her size would be great. She loves to run and play in the yard and come in and warm her cols paws on your lap. She loves to be close. Loves to give kisses. She is crate trained and mostly potty trained, but does have occasional accidents. Does not live with kids but seemed to like them at the adoption event. Recommend kids over 5 due to small size.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilah Jean, a Rockford Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Rockford, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Rockford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rockford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rockford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rockford paves the way for another one to be saved.
