Noel is 8-10 years old. He's unaltered and blind, but a total sweetheart who is good with dogs and cats. He likes to rest and enjoys belly rubs. This sweet pup was found on Christmas Eve, tied by his hind legs. He also suffered from head trauma. Noel hasn't had the best life but he is learning that not all people are bad. He was severely matted and his nails were overgrown into his pads. He is now groomed and handsome and would love nothing more than an awesome family who will love him
