Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK? As soon as you adopt me, I’ll be on my way to you!
I am a Shepherd/Terrier mix girl and I am 1.5 years old and I weigh 40 pounds. I have had all of my shots and have been spayed (YIKES) so I am ready to go to my new home with YOU! Those funny-looking 2-legged creatures said I am also microchipped – whatever THAT is.
Wanna hear some more good stuff about me? OK, here goes. I like people, little kids too, and other dogs. I think I’ll pass on kitty cats. I’ll stick with big people, little people and other doggies! OK? Yep! I love, love, love other doggies of all shapes and sizes and breeds and ages, young and old. I like for them to chase me. I can run and play chase and other games until the cows come home! I'd better be on a leash or in a large enclosed yard or I might just keep on running........until you teach me to stay close to you! That's how much I LOVE to run. My foster mom calls me a wanderer. I just like to explore. OK?
I'm a good watch dog. If someone comes near you when we're out walking or at our house, I may give them a warning bark but, hey, if you want to talk to them, just tell me and I'll butt out!
I LOVE my meals. If you look away for an instant and the food is gone, you'll think you forgot to feed me!
Can you stand hearing more good things about me? I need a home where I can get LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of exercise and mental stimulation. I need and like to be busy. Some really active adults or a really active family would suit me best. I’m so cute, surely you wouldn’t mind giving me the attention, good food, warm bed and exercise I need, right?
My foster mom loves me SO much that she only wants me to fly to my new home even if a pet transport truck was available. See my adoption information below.

My adoption fee is $650 USD and includes my vetting, spaying, microchip, health certificate, travel crate AND transportation on United Airlines from Houston, TX to areas in the Northeast U.
