My story

Save room in your heart for sweet Serendipity! She's a 10 month old cute as a button Boxer mix. On a trip to the Westpark Animal Hospital to pick up a Friendship dog, Director Greg Willey met Serendipity and immediately fell in love. He found Serendipity to be very playful and loving affection. Because she had no family to take her home, Greg brought her back to the shelter to find a new home. This poor girl was hit by a car and brought in by a Good Samaritan. She had surgery at the hospital to repair a broken leg. A plate and pins had to be inserted to stabilize the leg. Other than having to have limited activity for a few weeks she is good to go. Dippy is now at Friendship making friends with everyone she meets while she waits for someone to adopt her. Hurry on down and adopt Serendipity. She can be your friend too!

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
