My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SEQUOIA is a 9 year old neutered black male Lab who weighs 73 pounds. Sequoia is a good looking older pup and is very active for his age. He likes to be with people, to get petted and makes everyone he meets his friend. He loves to retrieve. He is a great dog who is looking forward to meeting his new family who hopefully has fenced yard so he can retrieve his ball. Someone lucky family will be getting a great dog when they adopt Sequoia. Good with other dogs lived with 2 small breed pups. Has been out with several at the kennel. No cat history. Knows commands sit, down and come. Pulls a bit on lead when you first start, good with an Easy Walk Harness. House and crate trained. Sequoia is for kids ages 19+.

Sequoia's story, Older owner died she had Sequoia and 2 small breed pups. Family members found homes for the smaller dogs but had no luck finding him a home probably because of his age. They turned him into the shelter. Shelter ACO asked our help in finding him a new home, we said yes.
