Posey's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Posey's Story...
Posey - 4 mos old female - Dalmatian /lab blend - about 30 lbs. We predict she will be 50-60 lbs when full grown. This sweetheart is as passive as they come - really wants a family if her own! She is being fostered with 6 other dogs and doing great - cats are no big deal either!!

All our dogs are located in loving foster homes in Georgia and we adopt them to loving homes in the Northeast. Transport, spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, and microchip are included in the adoption fee. Once adopted, transport arrives every Saturday to a location near you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Posey, a Southbury Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever for sale in Southbury, or seeking a Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Southbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Southbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Southbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Southbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
