Nelson came to SNIPSA with his brother, Willie, after being picked up from animal control. Nelson may take a minute to warm up to you but once he does, Nelson won’t leave your side! He loves to snuggle up with you and makes a great lapdog. He gets along well with other dogs and is learning how to play. He doesn’t seem to mind cats and tends to just leave them alone. Nelson is working on his house training and crate training and is picking it up quickly. He’ll need a little refresher when he gets into a new home-just until he learns your schedule and the lay of the land.
