Raz is a young 2 year old boy with a sweet personality. He is very much looking for a loving home and he's getting bored with being in the Rescue. He is a very handsome black cat with green eyes. Raz is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, Felv/FIV tested, dewormed, and on flea prevention. He is chirpy and loves to show you his belly. He gets along well with other cats once he has about a week to get to know them. If you would like to meet Raz, please contact us.

About Rescue Angels of Southern Maryland, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Rescue Angels' mission is to change the lives of animals in need by rescuing them from undesirable situations, providing loving homes, and any needed medical care (including mandatory spay and neuter). We also have in place a successful TNR (trap-neuter-return) program to limit the population and euthanasia of unwanted animals. We strive to save one animal at a time and acknowledge that.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a foster-based Rescue organization, so all pets are in a loving, comfortable foster home. We also participate in regular monthly adoption events at PetSmart and Petco in Waldorf, MD. Please check our website at www.rescueangelssomd.com and our Facebook page for information.

Our Adoption Process...

Our pet adoption process is thorough and friendly, to ensure a lifetime of love and companionship. The adoption process begins when you complete and adoption application to further your interest in our dogs/cats. Once approved for adoption, we will help you coordinate a visit to the foster home at which the pet you're interested in lives. Your whole family should help decide which animal is best suited for your home and lifestyle. Please remember that this decision should not be handled lightly and we expect you to care for your pet throughout its lifetime. Our volunteers are always on hand to help you choose a pet that is right for you.
