Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marley and Nani are sweet, healthy nearly 7 year old purebred Pomeranians. Since they have lived together all their lives we are looking for a forever home where they can be together. Marley is the most outgoing of the two; Nani takes a little longer to be comfortable with new people. They have been well loved and cared for. They get along with other dogs…barking at them at first…but that’s a typical Pomeranian response to most new things. They walk well on leash and know many commands, both practical and cute: sit, stay, come, down, off, no, shake, high 5 and roll over. Both are potty trained when they are let out frequently enough for their little bladders. They will do best in an adult only home, but can be fine with respectful older children. They are not apartment dogs…most Poms are not since they are pretty vocal. They also would love to have a home with a fenced yard. Anyone adopting a Pomeranian needs to be aware of the need for frequent brushing to prevent mats.
(An adoption donation of $600 for the pair is required.)
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please go to the Adopt page of our website: chewdogrescue.org where you will find a link to the adoption application form.. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
