Rawlins's Story...
Rawlins, Rawley for short, is a 11 month, 24 pound Beagle! He is very sweet and loves other dogs. He's playful, active, and very loving. He adores many things in life but most of all cuddles, attention, affection, and dogs!

Rawley has this adorable little bunny hop when he runs. He is a great hiking buddy and would also be a fabulous running partner. He knows how to sit and he is currently working on other commands. He travels very well and he’s learning crate training. Rawley walks well on a leash and is energetic on his walks. He is a super-playful puppy and LOVES the dog park!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rawlins, a New York Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in New York, or seeking a Beagle puppy from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
