Hello, my name is Nelly and I am a 3 year old pit/terrier mix with a beautiful brindle coloring. Don’t let me stern look fool you. I’m a real sweetheart who is very friendly. I am currently staying with my temporary fosters while my old home at the Guilford County Animal Shelter is being renovated over the next few weeks. I was brought into the shelter as a stray in late December and would love to find a more permanent home instead of returning to the shelter once the renovations are complete. Could that be you?
I am HW negative, up to date on my shots and both house and crate trained. I haven’t had a single accident since being at my foster’s house! I am kid and dog friendly and have enjoyed playing with my new pit bull friend since being out of the shelter. I do ok on my leash but do pull a bit. My fosters have also told me I will be spade on February 14th.
