He's perfectly imperfect - he's ManZel Washington!!!

Deaf, blind dish and one of a kind.
Drumroll please.. may we introduce you to ManZel Washington

He likes to roll himself up in a tiny ball in a bunch of blankets making himself into essentially a vegan burrito. He also makes these funny squeak noise while he's doing it. It's something that must be seen in person. He loves everyone and loves to eat. He rocks a belly band like a boss (he was recently neutered) and would be a phenomenal tapdancer if there was an arena for tap dancing dogs. If you're looking to love madly and be the change look no further -Manzel Washington is all the above

Yes he had a crappy start and the only reason he came to our rescue was because he had run out of time at animal control and was slated be destroyed. His former guardians relinquished him there at the age of that 13 - But that doesn't matter anymore. What matters is his future. Let's make it magical, together.
