Toby's Story...
Toby is a shy littlet puppy that will need a special, loving family to help bring him out of his shell. He was rescued from a field attached to woods in rural county in NC. His mother is ferel and no one has been able to trap her (for rescue) in over 2 years. The wonderful lady who captured Toby does put food out for the mom daily. Toby and his siblings all had major hair loss & were terrified. Toby also had jaw abscess that has been treated with antibiotics. He is a wonder little fellow who deserves and awesome life of love and fun.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a Greenville Golden Retriever/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Greenville, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Greenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
