Here's what the humans have to say about me:
These two girls are Laverne and Shirley. They are Chihuahua's and around 10 years old. The girls came to the Animal Advocacy when a local shelter reached out for some help. These girls needed to be in a home not a shelter.
They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Laverne and Shirley both live up to their names.
Laverne is the pack leader of this bonded pair. She stands up for Shirley and is a protector. If she thinks her owner is in trouble, she's there to defend, even with no teeth.
Shirley is the kind-hearted little girl. She is sensitive and can be found cleaning Laverne and snuggling as close as possible to her.
On the flip side, Shirley loves to start the wrestling matches between these two, but since neither of them have teeth, they are less of a worry and more of a comedy. Laverne has the longest tongue in the world, and is able to sneak it onto your face when you are holding her. And sweet Shirley has the most adorable smile. They have good and bad potty days. Someone who can be consistent and observant will be able to get them fully trained. They handle all little dogs and cats well. They aren't fond of bigger dogs, but they mostly bark at them and stay away.
They both have been spayed, current on vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm and also micro chipped.

You can visit at the Canyon Rim Petsmart (3191 E. 3300 S.) the first weekend of every month from 11-3 pm. Then at the Petsmart in Salt Lake City, (389 W. 1830 S.) the second weekend of the every month from 11-4 pm.
