Timmy is a 12-16 month old cairn terrier – shih tzu cross, so let’s call him a care-tzu, shall we? Kind of like a care bear, but more canine. : ) Timmy is only 9.4# and very timid at first with new people, but when he warms up – watch out! He is full of energy, playful and very loving, just like a puppy should be. Timmy is scared of the unpredictability and sudden moves and sounds of small children, so he will be better suited to a house with older children, but man, he sure loves his squeaky toys and fuzzy blankets. He is good with other dogs, although his feelings about cats are unknown. Ultimately, Timmy needs someone as his person that will give him boatloads of TLC so he can grow up to be the most awesome dog he can be. Timmy currently resides at our Idaho rescue. Adoption fee is $350.00. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
