Bianca's Story...

Bianca spent two months in a city pound before she was pulled out and given a new chance at life. During her time in the pound, Bianca sadly gave birth to a litter of stillborn puppies. As you can imagine, she was very depressed, frightened and withdrawn. In her foster home, she has blossomed quite quickly! She loves playing with her foster sister (a tiny 2yr old terrier) - she is extremely patient as she gets swatted at, nibbled on and jumped on. Bianca has barely made a peep. She is looking for a home with someone that can help her continue to find her way out of her shell. She would do great in a relaxed environment and with a family or person that has another small dog to keep her company. Bianca is a very special girl that deserves a lot of gentle love and affection.

[Bianca is 2 years old and weighs 13 lbs.]

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bianca, a Marina del Rey Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
